I am a Consulting Resource Group Associate who has the right to train on their Personality Development Model. They have at the basic level, the theory that everyone is born with the 4 characteristics Behavioral (Action) Cognitive (Analysis) Interpersonal (Harmony) and Affective (Expression) and there are 22 development levels (whereas Meyer Disc? has only 18), they are fluid and it recognizes that someone can be HIGH in one of the levels and or they can shift from one HIGH level to another ( coaches typically) depending on their environment. Also, introversion and extroversion is defined by our reaction to the environment rather than the negative connotation. So I ntroverts are more sensitive to and react to the environment while Extroverts will approach and change the environment they are in.
